Agreement for DentaWeb users,

This Agreement is made between DentaWeb Ltd (hereafter referred to as “Service Provider”) and yourself (hereafter referred to as “Client”).

Services: Service Provider will provide website design services to Client, including website design, hosting, maintenance, and support, as agreed upon between the parties.

Payment: Client agrees to pay Service Provider a monthly fee for the services provided, due on the of each month you started the service. Late payments may incur additional fees. Service Provider reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received. DentaWeb reserves the right to delete your website’s entirety if a payment is missed. DentaWeb will offer a manner of leniency on missed payments, however, no communication upon an investigation of the missed payment will result in termination. 

Term: This Agreement shall begin on the date of your first payment and continue on a monthly basis until terminated by either party.

Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with [Number] days written notice to the other party.

Intellectual Property: Service Provider retains ownership of any intellectual property created or used in connection with the services provided. Client may not use or reproduce any of Service Provider’s intellectual property without prior written consent, by making the first payment of your subscription, you hereby accept that any copying or theft of the services provided will result in legal action. 

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared between them during the course of this Agreement.

Disclaimer of Liability: Service Provider is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by Client as a result of the services provided.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. 

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

By joining DentaWeb, the parties acknowledge that they have read and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
